All digital products available for purchase on our website are non-refundable.

Physical products:

We accept returns for physical products under the following conditions:

2. Return deadline: You must return the physical product to us within 28 days of receiving your order. The 28 day return period begins on the day of delivery.
3. Condition: The product must be in it’s original packaging, condition, and unused.
4. Return shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a traceable shipping method to ensure the product reaches us safely, we do not reimburse return shipping costs.
5. Refund process: Once we have received the returned product and verify that it meets our return criteria, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issues to the original payment method used.
6. Damaged or defective products: If you receive a damaged or defective physical product, please contact our customer support team within 14 days and we can help.
